Meet Mike Ransom

Mike Ransom brings a strong background in sales, customer service, relocation, and real estate to every client he serves. Before relocating to Northeast Tennessee, Mike worked in Florida real estate and developed extensive knowledge of Citrus County and Florida’s Nature Coast.

Now part of The Ransom Team with Epique Realty, Mike works alongside his wife, Stephanie, helping buyers and sellers navigate everything from local moves to major relocations. His experience in both the Florida and Tennessee markets gives him a valuable perspective, especially for clients moving between states or looking to make a fresh start in a new community.

Mike especially enjoys working with first-time home buyers. He understands that buying your first home can be exciting, intimidating, and occasionally feel like learning a completely new language. Mike takes the time to explain each step, answer questions, and help buyers understand not only what they’re doing, but why they’re doing it. His goal is to make sure clients feel informed and confident rather than pressured throughout the process.

A U.S. Air Force veteran, Mike also has a special appreciation for military families and the challenges that come with relocation. His approach to real estate is straightforward: communicate clearly, tell clients what they need to know, protect their interests, and make the process as smooth as possible.
