Meet Sarah Brennan

Sarah Brennan brings a strong combination of business, mortgage, and real estate experience to every client she serves. Originally from Michigan, Sarah earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Walsh College after working her way through college and developing an early appreciation for hard work, service, and helping others.

Her professional career led her to Rocket Mortgage, where she gained valuable firsthand experience in the mortgage industry before earning her Michigan real estate license. That background gives Sarah a broader understanding of the financing and transactional side of real estate and helps her guide clients through the process with clarity and confidence.

After relocating to NE Tennessee to be near her Partner and her awesome son, Sarah expanded her real estate career and is now a licensed REALTOR® in both Tennessee and Michigan. She works with buyers, sellers, first-time homebuyers, and clients navigating major relocations or life transitions.

Sarah’s approach is centered on trust, communication, and genuine relationships. She takes the time to understand what matters most to each client and strives to make the real estate process feel informed, comfortable, and manageable from the first conversation through closing.
